Supporting Our Communities
The Vertical Bridge Charitable Network is an employee-led initiative created to empower our team to give back to the communities where they live and work.
Guided by a deep commitment to our communities, giving back is integral to everything we do. Vertical Bridge is dedicated to creating a positive impact through charitable giving and community engagement. Whether through donations, volunteer initiatives, or partnerships with local organizations, we strive to uplift those in need and promote a culture of meaningful change.
Since inception, Vertical Bridge has contributed over $11.8M to meaningful causes. Our key areas of focus include supporting children, protecting the environment, advancing education, improving healthcare, supporting veterans, and providing disaster relief.
We foster a culture that values and encourages employee volunteering. To date, VB employees have collectively contributed more than 7,000 volunteer hours of service to a wide range of organizations. We’re proud to have consistently reached 100% employee participation in our annual community service initiatives.
Through company-wide initiatives, we empower our employees to create a meaningful impact. Out team recently participated in a bike build with OnBikes, where we assembled 400 bikes in over just one hour, all for children in need. OnBikes is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Tampa, Florida dedicated to raising funds to provide bikes for at-risk children, including homeless and foster teens. Initiatives like these remind us of the power of the collective effort and the lasting impact we can achieve together.
Below are some of the organizations that the VBCN program proudly supports each year through donations and volunteer hours:
Boca Helping Hands
Located in the heart of Boca Raton, FL, Boca Helping Hands provides food, medical, and financial assistance to residents in our local community. Vertical Bridge employees volunteer here regularly, stocking their food pantry and serving meals to local residents. We also participate in its annual “Cereal Drive” to help combat students’ food insecurity during the summer months and its yearly “Thanksgiving Box Brigade” which provides families in need with a turkey, traditional sides, and desserts.
Habitat for Humanity Greater of Palm Beach County
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County helps families build and improve places to call home across Palm Beach County. Vertical Bridge Charitable Network has partnered with this organization since our founding and participates in several build days each year, including “Rock the Block” and “Women Build”. We are also the title sponsor each year of “Veterans Build”, which creates and improves homes for local veterans.
Music Movement
Music Movement develops and funds music-centric programs, scholarships, and events to improve the lives of young people with autism and learning differences. The Vertical Bridge Charitable Network has been a proud partner to Music Movement for several years and has hosted a variety of annual events benefitting music therapy, from large-scale concerts, in conjunction with the Wireless Industry Association, to charity golf tournaments.
DonorsChoose
DonorsChoose.org lets anyone help a classroom in need by supporting project requests from public school teachers across America. The organization has become one of our most popular and impactful campaigns each year and since 2019, Vertical Bridge Charitable Network has donated $329,00 to schools and projects chosen by our employees.
Little Smiles
The Florida chapter of Little Smiles provides services to over 20 pediatric facilities from St. Lucie to Miami-Dade Counties. The organization provides gifts and activities to children impacted by serious illness, homelessness, or tragedy. For several years, Vertical Bridge Charitable Network has partnered with Little Smiles and our employees actively participate in various fundraising events, including “Bamboozle” and the “Annual Holiday Toy Drive”.
DigDeep – Navajo Water Project
DigDeep started the Navajo Water Project to bring clean, hot and cold running water to families is without access to water or sewer lines across the Navajo nation in New Mexico, Utah, and Arizona. With more than 30% of families that live on the Navajo Nation currently without running water, Vertical Bridge Charitable Network is committed to providing resources to help with the immediate need for clean running water.
Kids Beating Cancer
The vision of Kids Beating Cancer is to continue investing in the development of improved methods to treat children diagnosed with cancer more safely, effectively, and with fewer side effects. The mission is to provide access to life-saving treatments for children diagnosed with cancer, funding pediatric cancer research for improved outcomes, moving new discoveries to patient care, all while supporting children and their families throughout the journey to a cure. The Vertical Bridge Charitable Network actively participates in various events to help support the organization, including sponsoring the annual "Hats and Heroes" ball held in Orlando, Florida.
Warriors 4 Wireless
Warriors 4 Wireless is a veteran focused charitable organization connecting vets to employers needing people. We contact 250 vets a day to tell them about telecom careers, coach 50 vets a day about opportunities near their homes, and connect 2 veterans a day to telecommunication industry employers at no cost to the vet or the hiring employer. We have assisted over 800 vets in the last 12 months and over 4,100 veterans since our inception.
Best Foot Forward
Best Foot Forward (BFF) is based in Palm Beach County and provides one-on-one, individualized academic support to at-risk and foster youth. From kindergarten to college, students are given opportunities to dream big and have bright futures by experiencing success in school.

South Florida Audubon Society, based in Broward County, fosters conservation through local, regional, national, and global environmental advocacy and activities throughout South Florida focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats, for the benefit of humanity and the earth's biological diversity.
