Vertical Bridge Holdings and Conterra Ultra Broadband Holdings announced today that Vertical Bridge will have exclusive rights to market collocation opportunities on authorized Conterra infrastructure sites. Conterra owns and operates more than 1,000 communication towers and rooftop locations in 23 states. The two companies also announced the formation of a joint venture that will focus on developing build-to-suit towers and new “build-to-haul” sites that bundle build-to-suit towers and fiber-quality backhaul services to improve wireless carriers’ time to market and operating costs.
